HDTF Soldier (Modified)

This addon is a slightly modified version of ArachnitCZ addon, that adds soldier from HDTF.

Modified version contains only playermodel, not NPC variants.

List of changes:
- Added support for the model's hands (c_hands), I took standard hands as a basis and modified them according to textures.
- Each skin is assigned to separate model - now there is not one, but five models with their own skin and their own hands.
- Slightly smoothed the model.

Everything else is the same as in the original - bones, models, paths, texture sizes, etc.
