Thruster throttle system

Green logic is input for more/less throttle
Yellow logics are to instantly turn it off (you can keep them un-binded, if you want)
black+ dark red logics are display (you can delete the black ones if you don't need a display, this also means the black sensors)
dark red is output, you connect it to the thruster
to change throttle speed, change the output on the green gate (currently on 0.02, more output means less wind up time)
