Description
During the Early stages of WWII the advance of blitzkrieg left Germany limited in interest of heavy tank designs, but as the war went on and Germany saw itself getting more entrenched interest in heavy tanks came back. The Super Heavy tank concept took hold with German authorities and multiple 75+ Ton designs were created with only some of them making it off the blueprint stage.

Among them were the Maus and E100. The E-100 both was and was not built in competition for the slot of production. To speed up the design process the E100 was to use existing Tiger 1 components (including the transmission) which lead to abysmal performance estimations until it was switched to use Tiger II components. It was not intended to use the same turret as the Maus, however it most likely would have in the end.

The design was estimated to weigh in at around 155 tons. As work on the E100 continued through 1943 into 1944, its engine was provided by Maybach. This engine was the same HL234 V12 used in the Panther & Tiger II which ended up being horrifically under powered for the task of moving a bunker on tracks (4.5 hp/t)...

While the tank was in development the USSR had started to field the 122mm guns, what the E100 would be armed with to deal with the threats was never properly decided. The 12,8cm PaK 44 L/58 and 15cm KwK 44 L/38 being the two main guns being looked at however the 12,8 was being leaned toward more as the standard. What was decided on however was the inclusion of a coaxial 75mm KwK 44 L/36.5 field gun to deal with short range targets.

The development on the project was actually pretty fast in comparison to other german heavy projects only taking about 3 months before a prototype was ordered, only a single prototype was completed by the end of the war, which was captured by the Americans and then handed over to the British. What they captured was a single turret-less hull with the track-system in place.

Information on the E100 isn't too scarce. Edit, Actually as much ♥♥♥♥ as I gave for the British supposedly scrapping the E-100's hull... I have come across some information stating that it was sent to a scrap yard but may never have actually been scrapped due to the price of steel taking a sh*t during that time.

The son of the owner of the scrap yard has apparently mentioned a huge vehicle that had been buried on the property along with Who knows what other military equipment. It is extremely possible that the E-100 does in fact still exist.

Extra information along with historical images of the original E100 hull that the British probably buried.

The Budget E100 is a machine built for multiverse. Its 200 blocks total allowing multiple people to be using It or other budget tanks that are balanced between each-other for combat. Well armored with highly resistant frontal and side armor and is fitted with the big ol 15cm x8 gun, it's not very fast or mobile and is a rather large target for artillery or British metal scrapers.

Mobility mimics the E100 in World of Tanks.

This Tank is part of The 3rd Empire's Advent Event for the 2020 Christmas season. One of twenty five workshop items unveiled daily through the 1st to the 25th. Remember to stop in daily to see what unholy war machine our engineers have for you to take home for the whole village to enjoy~

The Empire's engineers are not responsible for cancer, substantial fines, loss of citizenship, sudden invasions, declaration of wars, death, British scrapers stealing E100s or dismemberment caused by these devices. Results may vary.
