open the editor , once you have opened it , click on Files , Open , Documents
then go to Serious Sam fusion 2017 / Content / Serious Sam 3 / Databases / Weapons
and Chose any weapons you want to edit it , for example AK12 , you may find it there if you have subscribed from Steam workshop .
open his file AK12 weapon . ep , once you have opened it , scroll down until you find Rendering parameters
and then you find the FOV , in this case you can change it as you wish , you can type 88 for example or 95 , so once you have edited , click on file and save all . That is it , go to your game and see the difference , that you did
