At the window behind the desk you must take a picture of the windowsill as well as grab the woodchips.

In Nolent's desk there are items in all drawers.


Take a photo of the portrait.

In the right drawer of the gun safe, take the clean rag and the flax oil. Also, USE the paper here to get a flax oil stain.

In the left drawer, locate the box with the missing cartridges.

• There are items in the drawers. The bottom drawer has a false bottom. If you have been following this guide you already have the item to help with that.
  
• There is an easy to miss hotspot to see a side view of the desk. From the side-view, there are screws. This leads to another important item.
  
• You cannot open the drawer with the red flashing light yet.

There is another easy to miss hotspot on a bookshelf that leads to a puzzle. (Pull out books by author first-name to spell "WALTER").
