Description
You can't have a L4D-type game without some Ibuprofen on hand, can you?

I do want to state a thing about Back 4 Blood, I do not like having this item share the slot with the Medkit. It becomes a situation of why would I want to grab this item opposed to the Medkit with given the choice between the two. With the item crate in the safe room which you buy items with copper you find throughout the level, you're given the choice between the two quite often. If they don't want to give this item its own slot, then have it share it with the grenades. Just my two cents.

The way I see it, the support slot should be merged into the medical slot. Have ammo pickups be in the medkit slot, have pain pills be in the grenade slot, etc. Large item slot and a small item slot, basically. Then with the extra slot there, make a dedicated melee slot. As currently, there's no reason to want to prefer melees over pistols in Back 4 Blood.

It goes into the "support" slot, so can carry both medkit and defib

Never picked up a defib throughout gameplay, does that have its own slot opposed to being an item in the Medkit slot?
