I realized that there's no written guide for this game yet. I had to replay the game a lot even though I was playing the easy mode and there were times when I had no idea what to do at the first few levels, which is mostly because the game decided not to display the buttons in the bottom row of my screen. Strangely, it was fixed after I restarted the game somehow, but I had lost hours of playtime already. Hopefully this guide can help people who were like me or those who are stuck with this game.

Note that this guide is mostly dedicated for the easy difficulty.

To be honest, I only used space in the game to logout quickly.

Tips:

• Don't spend money unless it's necessary. Money is limited in this game.
  
• If your integrity goes to 0, it's game over.
  
• If your firewall goes to 0, you'll be automatically tracked if you don't have a bounce link.
  
• You need to have CPU equal to the target Firewall count to hack it, but you can D.O.S and EMP the server without restriction to reduce their Firewall count. Watch out for their Integrity though since the server will disappear if you reduce it to 0, thus making it impossible to finish the level if you need to do something there.
  
• D.O.S will reduce Integrity by 1, EMP will reduce Integrity by 2. Both works the same for you and your target server.
  
• Make sure you logout (by pressing space) after you finished with each server. Your trace time won't be reset otherwise.

• hedPlayer.localhost is your home. hedPlayer is the user's default name so I decided to use it on the guide.
  
• Whenever I said download, upload, turn something on/off, or transfer money, it means that you must open the Interface tab and do whatever you need to do.
  
• Whenever I said download or view, it means that you need to see it to solve the puzzle (as in which toggle to turn on), but you can skip doing it and follow the instruction in the guide if you want. If you're downloading the file, you can read it by using "cat <file name>" in your console. You'll need to wait for its animation to finish although you can always see the file from the console screen. This is useful for "diagram.network" file in chapter 3. Viewing other files will be faster since you don't have to wait to download the file.
  
• Whenever I said reconnect, logout (using space button), and hack the server again.
  
• This guide is dedicated for easy difficulty. I don't know what's the difference with other difficulties, but if you're playing in harder difficulties, you can try to adjust your playthrough based on the difficulty.
  
• I already tried to match the time needed to D.O.S and EMP a server based on their cooldown, but if it's somehow too fast or too slow, feel free to adjust it based on your time. Same with bounced links. If they are expired when you need to hack stronger server, feel free to re-hack those servers with Firewall and set up the bounced links again before continuing your progress.

You need to grind to get the rest of the achievements. The best spot to grind is in level 5. You can voiceprint, retina, and key crack the servers as soon as you start the level (after using Firewall on them, of course). Feel free to return to the main menu and restart the level once you finished hacking them (you don't need to finish the level since the game will count your progress after you do your stuff). If you need the D.O.S and/or EMP achievements, you can do it after you finished doing all three; they should have been unlocked right away.
