JgPzE100 - Budget Grade

In 1944 the proposal for a vehicle with a 15cm or 17cm was made. There were two projects in particular that were the main options for the proposal... the Maus and the E100. Krupp had the wonderful task of figuring out how to fit a gun that weighed 8-9 tons alone on both untested and nearly unbuilt hulls.

9th of May 1944 both Porsche and Krupp met to debate over the proposal, sketches of several ideas were presented during the meeting for both the 15 and 17cm guns regarding mounting on either vehicle. Both design choices were to use a fixed casement, either in the center or on the back of the vehicles. The designs for both were considered, but ended with the Maus's being rejected due to being too tall for rail transport. The E100 was selected on 28th May 1944.

Krupp seeing this all as a headache pushed hard for the 15cm gun to be preferred over the 17cm not wanting to deal with the weight of the ammunition and gun's physical mass itself however no decision was made. They were requested to provide two 1:5 wood scaled models for planning ammunition and crew placement in both 15cm and 17cm arrangements.

The E100 hull being seen as promising lasted all of 2 months, work on the models halted with an order from Reichsminister Albert Speer, 10th July 1944, which required work on heavy gun projects to cease. The existing models were handed over to General Guderian who disproved of the super-heavy projects and was the same person to scrap production of the Maus in the previous year.

The 15/17cm E100 project was terminated, there is no trace of the 1:5 wooden Krupp model.

The Budget JgPzE100 is a machine built for multiverse. Its 199 blocks total allowing multiple people to be using It or other budget tanks that are balanced between each-other for combat. It's not very fast or mobile and has a narrow gun arc, but its frontal and side armor is highly resistant combined a dangerous x11.5 power gun.

Mobility mimics the JgPzE100 in World of Tanks.
