Description
NO MODS | DLC | OPTIONAL SCRIPTS | SUBGRIDS | SURVIVAL READY

While Consolidation is busy with the initiative to build industrial and commercial hubs in new systems, the GST division has prepared a project for a new cargo truck designed to transport various types of cargo in planetary conditions. The new truck should provide industrial complexes with the opportunity to transport goods over medium distances along routes prepared for this, as well as to change the types of goods transported (and, accordingly, cargo containers) without replacing the vehicle itself or its long downtime.
After quite a successful launch of Brevant, GST focused on creating a line of safe vehicles that, if necessary, could be used not only for civilian tasks but also for the needs of the OPC Defense Fleet. Inheriting the brevant concept, Continel was eventually developed, a four-axle drive truck with two pivoting and one lifting axle. an isolated two-person cabin with an external surveillance system for transport control allows this truck to be used in various conditions without fear for the health of the crew, and a reinforced frame at the rear with three axles allows you to quickly replace the transported containers. At the same time, GST allows transport owners to install third-party versions of cargo modules.
Thanks to the dynamic suspension, the driver can disable the rear axle if necessary, which allows the vehicle to drive a little further and also reduces operating costs, and the presence of an automatic load detection system can which lower the axle if the driver forgets to do so.
When developing, GST primarily counted on this transport for operation using existing road networks, so when managing it is necessary to take into account possible problems with altitude differences. Also, this transport is not intended for use on surfaces that are at a large angle with respect to the gravitational field. Using Continel in the absence of gravity is not possible.
