1. Verify game files

-Right click Cyberpunk 2077
-Click Properties
-Click Local Files
-Click "Verify Integrity of Game Files"

2. Run Steam as administrator

-Go to your Steam's install folder
-Right click "Steam.exe"
-Click "Run as Administrator"
-Click "Yes"
-Check if the game opens/finishes downloading the patch

3. Reinstall the game
