How to get the Side Missions Achievements!

This is small guide on how to achieve all Side Quest missions and get the achievement. There are three related to side missions.

there is a sidequest missing: A New Venture. Obtainable by talking to the merchant outside the town for the first time.

only quest I can't get is bobo's quest for snow. poor guy, he lost his father he should at least see snow. I havn't myself (I live in Texas).
