How to fix "Failed to load steam.dll"

How to fix it
1. Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam" (or C:\Program Files\Steam if you use 32-bit) on File Explorer. Copy "Steam.dll". Then, right click Peggle, go to Manage > Browse Local Files, and then paste what you copied. Rinse and repeat for all PopCap games you have.
Why this happened
Because of a Steam update, PopCap's DRM broke, and is giving that error instead of asking for the product key (which you don't have).

TL;DR: Bug on Valve's part.

there should be a steam.dll somewhere in where steam is installed ( ~/.steam/steam/ or ~/.var/app/com.valvesoftware.Steam/.local/share/Steam/ ) for Proton compatibility; just put that in there
