Проект реализован компанией "Спецстрой России" в 2008 году.
Проект создан через стандартный редактор зданий, при использовании текстур Prefab apartments element от 3DVISION

30-storey residential building of the "Stroitel" residential complex. Tower number 4. Building for 350 apartments (700 workers).
The project was implemented by "Specbuilding Russia" company in 2008.
The project was created through a standard building editor, using the Prefab apartments element textures from 3DVISION
