Remake of the Halo CE map: Hang em High
Probably not super great for TTT, since it's so open

Currently no TTT traps, initial upload just to get it off of my todo list.

Proper Skybox with Halo Ring
Clean up TTT Weapon Spawns

Kind of a shame this was abandoned, the lack of the Ring in the sky is a loss for sure
