ok i found how to do it, go to your Spear of Destiny>base>SOD.conf, go to the bottom to the autoexec section, and enter the following

mount c .\base
c:
spear.exe -debugmode
exit

you will have to adjust the .bat files for each of the 3 campaigns as well after adding this to the autoexec, so then go to all 3 .bat files in the Spear of Destiny folder, such as M1 - Spear of Destiny.bat, M2, and M3, and remove what's in them and replace all 3 of their contents with the following:

.\base\dosbox -conf .\base\SOD.conf -fullscreen -exit
exit

then once in game, press Left Shift, Alt, and Backspace at the same time to activate the cheats, then you can press Tab and N at the same time to activate noclip
