It might be conflicting mods and other stuff.
Do you get any conflict alerts?

I uploaded the mod onto Mediafire.

Copy and paste the .vpk file into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons
and then double click on it. A message should pop up to tell you it was installed!

Well, I'll try uploading a manual download at MediaFire or something soon.
I'm kind of busy right now (Ground Zeroes), but I'll get around to it by tomorrow.
