Lower resolution
Open your game directory (right click on the game in library, properties, local files, open local files). Open "BaseEngine.ini" in "...\TowerofGuns\Engine\Config". Ctrl+F and find "ResX" in this file, then change it to the needed resolution. Same for ResY.

Putting a lower res, seems not managed by the game so it puts standard res.

It seems that today it's BaseSystemSettings.ini ;)
