On my PC, it takes about 10 minutes to start kenshi.
It's a pain to have to change the language settings, restart the game, and change it back to my language just to take one screenshot.
At least the cut damage, blunt damage, and bleeding are fixed in the order of the top three, so any language should be able to understand them.

I think the fastest way is to subscribe and check in-game.
