Gauge 180degree [Vanilla]

Working, In-game readable Vanilla Gauge (180°) item assembly for Subwrights to incorporate into their designs. Send it a 0 to 100 signal and it'll display the output as a gauge.

Suggestion: sometimes I'll add little hidden colored lights to indicate when the needle is ≤10 or ≥90 since it can be hard to tell.
