Can you do it for Circle of Hell, please? I did try using steam.design, but the .gif has a huge file size, and if I compress it, it reduces the quality too much.

Another thing, how can I fix the favorite artworks showcase to show one big .gif (and don't show the black bar on the left)?

Don't work anymore as Steam reduced Artwork size from 8mb to 5mb.
