After escaping the Tower of Babel with the Z3H virus sample, the Enigma Corporation immediately assigned ECTO to infiltrate an undisclosed research facility off the coast of New York. Rumors have it that the Z3H virus was born in these labs. Some suggest more sinister things have occured here as well..

The concept is great, but the level design is really bad + the pacing is way too slow at the beginning. Both the head and computer objective / lack of direction (partially due to the map design) does more harm than good to the overall experience.

Ending 4's door were supposed to be opened by head
but now it can be opened by players

Are you talking about the objective on the 2nd floor with the monster? Press and hold E on the monitors that aren't on. If they were turned on they will have a blue screen. The objective marker may not highlight the correct monitors so just check every monitor on that floor and see if they're turned on.
