3 New Items, a Card and Monster.

All of the content in this mod is based off of cards from "the Lost Cards: Encore" expansion for the Binding of Isaac: Four Souls.

Mod Compatibility:
- Features alt skin costumes for Adam, Sarah, Fiend, Mammon.
- External Item Descriptions support.
- True Co-op support.
- Minimap API support.

in case you want to cheat and unlock all of the tainted characters for some odd reason this mod does that

Though the items are also still really cool, like the Void Die.
I just tend to fixate upon things that effect rooms or their layouts, like obstacles and, of course, enemies.

@Dr. Logan It shouldn't conflict but I doubt they made rooms using the new enemy in this mod. Btw this mod only works on ab+.
