FBI, they just appear in one level. If you met them in another level of the other games it's fine, because aside "Loose Ends" level, I never met them again

Minor characters? Are you kidding me, Ozone and Scarecrow are the absolute, hands down, best characters in any Call of Duty game ever, their full story is 20x better than anyone else in MW2. They are incredibly important to the games story. I am very insulted by this!
