After I made this quick change I noticed the improvements INSTANTLY when I was realising that the game is loading planets 50% faster.

NOTICE: This guide describes how to do it with NVIDIA Cards, it might work for other cards aswell if you know where to look it up.

Description How to do it
If you are using NVIDIA Cards you might have 2 programs installed.

--> GEFORCE Experience
--> Nvidia Control Panel

1. We are opening Nvidia Control Panel
2. Look up for 3D-Settings in the left part of the Panel
3. Choose Global Settings in the Right Part of the Panel
(RECOMMENDED: If you dont want to disable it for all games, but for Destiny 2,
choose Programsettings next to Globalsettings, choose Destiny 2)
Thanks to "Testiculo" for the hint.
4. Scroll down and watch out for Shadercache
5. Deactivate Shadercache
6. Confirm Changes

What a shaderchache is responsible for, you better look up on your own, as much as I understood, its normaly responsible to help your GPU with prerendering some stuff your GPU is able to load up for the next start so your game run smoother and dont need as much power for the same tasks over and over again. Just for the interested....

I didnt restart my computer and I could notice the changes ingame immidately.

The planets were loading MUCH FASTER.
I had no stuttering and lagging when I opened my inventory.
My black screen problems when landing on planets ALSO the hardcrashes were GONE.

I hope that some of you will have the same bright shining moment as I had when turning the Shadercache off.

Wish you all good luck, see you in orbit!!

@peni$ucker reinstalling the whole game on SSD didnt change anything in my case.

This worked for me. Based on all of the recent responses, I wonder if something changed recently with the D2 build or Nvidia drivers

Just tried your suggestion right now after a day of long loading times (~2 minutes from 20 seconds on an M.2). Updated to the latest Nvidia drivers for the GPU today which may have changed Control Panel's settings for some reason maybe. Solution works like a charm and I swear it's actually faster at around ~15 seconds-ish to load the menu.

started having massive amounts of stuttering when i was playing and doing this didn't help, if anything it seems to have made it worse. can't tell if it just didn't work for me or if my game is just beyond broken.
