Even a simple guide like this needs an introduction, so that folks feel welcomed! :) Plus my OCD-ness makes me have to add one because that is how it is "supposed" to be! So, yes, there will be a Conclusion as well. Sorry, it is what it is.

5-Star Miami Resort is a well done, fun-to-play, game in the match-3 genre. It has a few issues at the time of this writing, such as an achievement or two that do not trigger (at least as dstated), but the game play is pleasant and the are no show-stopping bugs.

(I've submitted 6 or 7 issues to rokaplay, but thus far they have not addressed any of them.)

I just thought it would be nice to have a guide and since folks were asking about where the hidden fairies were located, I thought I would toss this together. Thus, without further ado from me....




**** SPOILERS BELOW ****

As far as I can tell, the fairies are not randomly placed, but I could be wrong. If I am, at least the image below will give you an idea of what to look for. The fairies seem to stay until you click on them once they appear as you play.

One of this issues is the F12 key does not work to capture a screen shot, so I thought I had grabbed a screen shot of the 5th fairy but it did not materialize. The position of the 5th fairy is marked (by the archery target) but I do not have the image.

Just letting you know that this achievement is listed incorrectly. You have to upgrade a single item all the way to 15, not 10, for the achievement to trigger.

OK, it seems that I tend to throw in silly or lame jokes where possible. I only know one joke about Miami, and it is an old one, but I may as well toss it in.


A man calls his buddy, who had recently moved to Miami, on his cellphone.

Man: Hey buddy, how's Miami so far? I heard it was really rough down there.

Buddy: Ah, it's not so bad. You know how people blow things out of proportion.

Man: That's good to hear. Did you manage to find a job yet?

Buddy: Oh sure. I'm a gunner on a bread truck.
