This is a retexture of Chevy Caprice Police Cruiser made by Archie C. All credits about the 3D model and texture base go to him.

I had not to edit that much. I changed the logos on door, changed "Police" to "911" above rear fenders, changed the license plate to Springfield USA (W: #1LUVDONUT, B/W: #2F00LPTRL) and mirrored the light bar.
Normal map and specular map got some updates to have a better surface reflection without flakes.
