For when you want to speed things up, but don't want to clog your base with extra supply lines.

Uses a single flare to deliver loads of silicon and phase fabric to the container until a limit of 30 is reached (to avoid over-caching), and then releases the flare back to the drone pool by resetting the task flag.
This allows a single flare to supply multiple such remote overdrive dome sites.
