The Actual All Endings and Achivements Guide [English]
By Süpertürk
Guides I've read are lacking, so I've tested the game and figured out what triggers what, this is what I've found.

Overview
This game only cares about if you have actually done what it asked for rather than how you actually did it. Simply put, you can be a complete idiot and still get the best ending if you have done the two events it asks for. If that information had to be visualised then image below would be the result. I recommend doing the "missed" ending first and doing the other endings after that otherwise you'll be like me, getting the "survivor" ending first and be completely lost about what happened with that "goth gf".

This guide will only talk about the prerequisites of the said events.

Inviting May Over
According to my experience the time constraints of inviting May over is later than 15:00 and earlier than 18:00. It's uncertain whether the game will actually notify you in your first playthrough* but the indicator of this timeframe is when the phone call between May and her mother ends. When you knock on her door, invite her over, when she resists insist that she comes. She'll comply and say that she needs a break and she missed you. You don't have to be smart about what you say from this point onwards.

*: The game will only notify you like this after your first playthrough. This serves as a way to make sure the player knows of May's existence. Not notifying you in the first playthrough sells the promised "modern romance" factor of the game, without the information of May's existence the player will only focus on the "goth gf", thus the player fail and get the bad ending.
Catching May in the bathroom.
Title says it all, time constraint of catching May in the bathroom is later than 18:00 and earlier than 21:00*. You can also do this whenever May's door is open or when the main character notifies the player about her bladder**. When you catch her harming herself, don't leave the room, call out to her and hug her. What you do after hugging her is meaningless as it will not change the outcome.

*: When you use your laptop to skip beyond 21:00 the game will instantly give you an ending.

**: Again, you will get notified like this only after your first playthrough. This serves as a way to make sure the player knows about the bathroom when the time comes. Not notifying you like this is supposed to make you miss this event.
Final Words
This is the first and probably the final Steam guide I will ever make and not knowing HTML has hindered the process quite a lot. Anyways, on to the funny stuff:

The game locks you out from the "missing" ending once you've got it the first time. The only way for you to get it again is to wipe the game's data from the settings page.

You have the option to never talk with the AirDrop girl and get all the endings, you just have to spam the work option in your laptop or go to the bathroom quite a lot. The game's store page was all about getting a weird AirDrop, I was expecting something like "Serial Experiments: Lain" or "Tutunamayanlar" by Oğuz Atay and I feel like I've been scammed.

Have a nice day.

@saucy_lightning, basically, i think you have to get one of them and then you can get the other OR you can get forgive but as soon as you get missed you cant get forgive anyomore not 100% sure tho but i think thats it. but from a "moral" or "feeling" perspective i think its a case of actually seeing it in person

i get how to get the endings but im confused on the actual differences between forgive and missed. Like there's no real difference yk? she dies either way, you just see her hanging in 1 ending and you dont in another. Am i missing something? (No pun intended)

This totally explains my confusion about the differences between "missed" and "forgive". I did not understand what options would have made them separate paths. Thanks for putting this up. I got them all, but this is a nice explanation for how all 4 are triggered by the game's code. Much appreciated.:happiness:

I srsly can't get the survivor and forgive endings :steamsad: and when I finally get them, steam doesn't recognize the achievments aaaaa. Good guide tho, rlly liked it and helped, to at least, get all the endings in the game:likeaboss:

Appreciate ya figuring this out. It's a lot more enjoyable to be able to just play the game when its not time to trigger those flags than be told to do a bunch of specific unrelated things.
