Description
The Global Class is aimed at being a medium-hard difficulty APS destroyer. The Global is aimed at being a medium-hard difficulty craft with a strong and reliable damage output. The Global is armed with 4 main dual barrel kinetic guns, four large torpedoes, two 120 mm CIWS/AA secondaries, four 50 mm dual barrel kinetic CIWS/AA secondaries and 8 simple AA guns.
The global's main weakness's are a lack of missile defense outside of the CIWS, and emp.

For defense, the Global has no lams or shield, but does have decent smoke, anti-torpedo systems and a small anti-missile array along with the strong CIWS system.

The next vehicle will likely be a plane aimed at godly difficulty (although I haven't built planes in a while so this may take a bit more then usual).

As always, thanks for the support! If you have any questions, critique, criticism or comments out anything even remotely related to the ship, feel free to message me or comments below.

I've also been told that I should possibly build a battleship for the campaign, if anyone has any opinions on whether or not this would fit in, feel free to comment

Special thanks to Rufus Shinra for providing the AA/CIWS secondary weapons featured on the ship

I hope you enjoy the ship!

Are you using the exact same shells or the same shell length? Also which guns, for the front guns the basebleeder should decrease size by a bit

I had to decrease the shell leng by 2 units for it to work

I took the guns off the ship put them on mime gave it the exact same shells and it dosn't work right on my ship

I'm sure whatever you make will kick ass, though I'm glad to hear you're considering the Iowa, there's nothing quite like it.

I've decided that if I'm going to make a battleship, I'll be making either the Iowa or possibly the Nagato (although it fits in even less). I've talked to several people, and a battleship seems to be something multiple people have gone out of their way to request. I'll admit I've already done some planning and testing to see if my ideas are feasible. The actual build style will be incredibly different as will the functions and defense systems. I'll have to pull out some of the things I used to do when I tried to make more meta vehicles in order to get it balanced out without many defensive systems.

Heck yeah it paid off, four deck guns on a cruiser, I'm in love!

And yes, won't speak for everyone but I'm holding out that you'll make a battleship, all too curious to see what you'd base it off of being that some creative license would have to be taken. Unless I'm mistaken Battleships were widely phased out of navies in the 80's and 90's, with many going without upgrades to modern weapons and life support systems all the way up to that point. No CIWS, no SAMs, torpedo batteries from World War 1, Jury-rigged radar and detection systems, yeesh.

If I could suggest anything, going for something like the USS Missouri would be a neat thing to see, they didn't get fully retired until the last decade. Or go balls out and make an Iowa Class.

I spent a lot of time on this ship, clearly based off the comments it paid off. I've been taking a short break, so I likely won't be making another large ship of this quality for a little while. If I do end up making a battleship, I'm glad to see that people like this style of building.
