Kragg but better (?)

An Advanced Kragg Skin that gives him a floaty jump like Absa.
Also I buffed his aerial movement speed because I thought it made it more fun to play. It didn't feel right when he moved so slow in the air.

Apologies if there's something I overlooked, I spent literally less than an hour total on this project from conception to publishing.
