Habitat Life Support

Omschrijving
This simple mod allows you to construct a special building on your habitats once you've researched the Mega-Engineering technology. It requires 4000 alloys and 150 influence (abstracting a complete overhaul of the entire habitat, so it's something for late game) but it improves a habitat's output and effectively doubles its available housing.

Unlike the previous version it changes no base files and has no interaction with districts etc and so shouldn't have any compatibility issues!

@Wraith
It is 90% habitability for every species when 'Eco-Integration Studies'(habitability tech Lv4) researched. So an extra 10% from this building would just match the habitability cap.
But the building is still useless as it would been very uneconomic to produce alloys on a habitat rather than on a 20+ size planet, no mention of Ecumenopolis. On the other hand, minerals or energy producing doesn't worth this 135 influence improving, Dyson Sphere and Matter Decompressor are much better way to spend influence.
Besides, there are only 8 district slots and 5 building slots on a habitat. There is no job for extra pops gained by this building.

@Wraith Habitats have 80% or 90% habitability, unless this has changed in 3.0.

Seems like a great building except for having that habitability bonus, If I remember correctly habitats are already 100% for every species.

Looks like a useful and mostly-balanced mod. I rate it great/best
