Foreign Operations and Border Relations Expanded

This mod de-couples the Criminal Heritage civic from the Corporate authority and changes Branch Offices to Foreign Offices, adding new content including foreign office and starbase buildings for federation members, overlords and other relationships.

More Empires can open Foreign Offices
  • Members of a Federation can open Foreign Offices on the colonies of other members of their Federation.
  • Overlords can open Foreign Offices on the colonies of their Subjects.
  • Subjects can open Foreign Offices on the colonies of their Overlord.
  • Megacorps can open Foreign Offices on the colonies of a competing Megacorp that they have a Migration Treaty with.

New Foreign Office Buildings
The mod includes several new buildings (foreign operations) that an empire can build on a colony which they have a Foreign Office on, depending on their relationship with the foreign empire.

New Starbase Buildings for Border Starbases
The mod includes several new buildings for starbases that are in a system with a bordering foreign empire. Which can be built depends on the relationship with the bordering empire. Some of these will also improve or reduce the opinion of the bordering empire.
