Clicking Your Mouse

Step 1: Make sure your mouse is plugged into your computer. If using a wireless mouse, make sure the mouse is turned on.

Step 2: To click the mouse, press the left side of the mouse down. You should hear an audible 'click' sound. This indicates that you have clicked your mouse.

(OPTIONAL) Right Clicking Your Mouse

Step 1: Repeat Step 1 as shown in the section above.

Step 2: To right click the mouse, press the right side of the mouse down. You should hear an audible 'click' sound. This indicates that you have right clicked your mouse.

This tutorial didn't make sense. I wasted so much time trying to figure out how to click my mouse. I don't have a mouse but my friend does, and I thought it would still work, but I don't get why it has to be plugged into my computer to work or why I have to be able to touch it to begin with. This is really misleading. :/
