"St. Bernard" Fleet Supply Ship (9-Slot, XANION) for 2.0

The "St. Bernard" is a fleet supply ship based on the "Grizzly" superfreighter.

Kind of a role playing ship, as the name indicates, this is a fleet supply ship it can:

• repair (mount 4 repair turrets)
  
• salvage (mount 4 salvage turrets)
  
• mine (mount 4 mining turrets)
  
• produce fighters on up to 5 assembly lines (given you have the material level)
  
• base 63 size 8 Fighers, 152 size 4 fighters,...
  
• provide amunition (1,000-1,500 torpedo warheads) and fire them with its own launchers (6 forward, 4 top vertical)
  
• store loot (10,000 cargo)
  
• train the crew you need (21 academy slots)
  
• accommodate up to 800 additional personel (1068 total crew)

Obviously the main mission is support and not combat, but torpedo firepower is imense.
It offers resonable shielding in order to ensure a escape in a high risk enviroment
Speed and agility of course was not a priority, same as a budget price.
Also R-mining is a possibility although hangar size was kept on a medium level.
