Very complicated game to achieve all 5000 Achievements, so Read Closely:

@Efil Evol You got all the achievements just by giving the game a good stare hehe
Ps. make sure you click on the game in your library, click on achievements to open and see all the achievements you unlocked, some times, some games show like 100% achieved, but when you open the achievement tab, none are unlocked.

I got 100% achievement just by opening this game in my library, not even installing this game tho LOL
