(TEF) ECM-31 Decoy Module

The ECM-31 Decoy Module is a small grid module designed for the TEF Pegasus-class Dropships to improve their defensive capabilities, but it can also be utilized by every other ship with enough space and a merge block. It is fully vanilla and survival ready.


This Electronic Countermeasure Module 31 was designed to be used on TEF Pegasus-class Dropships to improve their defensive capabilities. The Module is equipped with three Deployable Decoy Pods. These Pods consisting out of a small battery and a decoy block to draw enemy fire away from your ship. They can be deployed individually or all at once. It can be operated in space with 0.00G conditions and on planetary atmospheres in 1.00G or more, but remember in gravitational environments the pods will fall down and not float with the same speed you disconnected them. The module was successful, but in most cases the TEF Pilots does not want to sacrifice a module slot which could be used to mount an additional weapon system. Attack is the best defense!
The module is designed to be mounted on the wing utility merge blocks of the Pegasus but it can be mounted on every other small grid craft with enough space and a merge block.

You need to configure the Module yourself. To detach a pod, you simply need to put the pod´s rotor block into your toolbar and select the “detach” option.
