(TEF) AT-2/S "Thunderbolt" Mk1 WHAM (modless)

Description
The AT-2/S “Thunderbolt” Mk1 WHAM is a small grid non-atmospheric guided missile able to intercept and destroy large grid ships. This powerful missile was designed to be mounted on TEF Pegasus-class Dropships to improve their firepower, but it can also be utilized by every other ship with a working LAMP fire control and a merge block. It is fully vanilla and survival ready.

Description:
This Assault Torpedo 2/S was developed to improve the firepower of TEF Pegasus-class Dropships , especially against large grid ships and structures. The missile is equipped with 16 small grid proximity fused warheads which can completely obliverate small grid crafts and seriously damage every large grid ship, it is fired at. Due to the massive damage these missiles can inflict, the TEF Pilots have nicknamed it “Thunderbolt”. It is nearly impossible to outmaneuver one of these missiles when it successfully locked on to a target, thanks to the WHAM and LAMP scripts by Whiplash141. The missile was designed with a propulsion system consisting out of one large and three small ion thrusters to ensure extremely fast acceleration in space with 0.00G conditions, but on moon surfaces and in planetary atmospheres with 0.25G or more these missiles become useless.
After its introduction it saw extensive service in the TEF Navy and became a common choice of equipment for TEF Pegasus Dropships.
The “Thunderbolt” is usually mounted on one of the wing utility merge blocks of the Pegasus, but it can be mounted on every other small grid craft with a LAMP fire control system, enough space and a merge block.

Notice:
Both WHAM and LAMP by (the one and only) Whiplash141 are complex scripts due to the large variety of functions they offer. So you should read the WHAM and LAMP Complete Guide before you mess around with it.
But if you dont want to read the guide (which I can not recommend) and mount it on my Pegasus you need to follow these steps:
(1) Mount the missile on the ship, ensure scripts are turned on. (2) Go to the programmable PB WHAM and run it with the argument “setup”, if you want to setup a second missile you need to rename its “Missile 1” group to “Missile 2” before you mount it. (3) If it says “setup successful” go to the Gunnery Cockpit and select the third toolbar tab. (4) Put the PB LAMP programmable block with the argument “fire” in one of the empty fields, the other commands are explained in the cockpit.

Misc:
The missiles programmable block is loaded with this script:
WHAM | Whip's Homing Advanced Missile Script by Whiplash 141
But to fire it correctly you also need to install this script correctly on your ship:
LAMP | Launch A Missile Program (for WHAM) also by Whiplash 141
Thank you for your awesome scripts!

Thank You!
Thanks to everyone who likes this missile, I hope you leave a like! If you do not like it tell me why and I will try to improve it on this and future blueprints.

Why not make one now, and just not put that in yet? Is it because it's one of the largest builds in this fleet?

Also, have you tried using that blueprint to paste it into your world (Via subscribing to it), then making a new blueprint. Next, delete the old Herakles, after saving the description somewhere (A text document).

Now, publish the new blueprint, and copy that description back in.

To keep update notes, take all of the previus update notes in the current one, and put, as the first update note on the new one, "Replaced the one originally on steam due to issues", then beneath it, either in a list, or a quot, or just seperated how you want, put the old update notes.

@CTH2004; Yes, they will have a collection when I can replace the outdated Herakles.

will the TEF have a collection?

@Whiplash141; I feel honored that you like it, especially because you made it possible. I'm looking forward to your next cool script, maybe a crane control? And you are right, the choice of colours can really change the whole look of a build in Space Engineers.

I dig it, the color design on all your stuff is really top notch and adds to the detailing that makes it pop a bit more.

Also, you can save a bit of effort by skipping the custom data renumbering. WHAM has an auto-setup that will automagically detect the missile number from the missile group that it lives in :D
