Go to one of the doors, and try to open it. You will be able to escape- HAHA SIKE. THEY ARE BOTH LOCKED.
Now interact with the clock by the closet. something will go past the window, and a chandelier will fall, most likely. NOW GET IN THE CLOSET. And after you get in the closet you will switch characters... again.

Now you're gonna have to be v e r y sneaky when you do this part, because there is A LOT OF SPIRITS on the way to Luigi's Haunted Mansion, and 97% of them want you dead. Here's a map so you can know where to go. It's bad but deal with it. wait never mind I cant because apparently it's too big. Thanks, Steam.

Now you've found the way to the mansion... but... how are you gonna get in? ...Well... there's an alleyway that you're supposed to go in, and that leads into the interior of the fenced up area. Somewhere around the fenced up area, there will be a key item, "rusty pliers" that will help you get into the "empty building". There will be a couple of mask spirits that will chase you, but don't worry. They don't kill you. They just make you...

When you find the pliers, you can head to the mansion's door, and enter the deepest darkest pits of heck.

4. go through the room closest to the crack on the floor. despite the fact that we could just j u m p. we are the only living thing in this freaking house. besides the rats.
5. get annoyed because you're not their mama yet they keep saying "mAMA"
6. GET OUT OF THAT ROOM AND ENTER A DIFF ROOM.
7. avoid the flies.
8. go up the stairs.
9. save
10. go into the room with blood in front of it.
11. be teleported to a diff room. if theres a closet, hide in it.
12. repeat steps 10-11 until you get in a office looking room.
13. there is a room behind the office, go in it
14. exit the office with the key you found in the office
15. be very careful
16. A chandelier will fall... again
