Overlapping 3×9 Inventory

This mod is a fork of Expanded Inventory - Cheat Version, but some changes are made so it looks and works better.

Major differences are
- Less horizontal space between items, allowing one more column.
- Larger vertical offset, thus item icons are mostly visible, and less misclick probability (see Known Issues below).
- Remove bottom border of inventory page, because the bottom of 3rd row icons are out of screen.

This mod shares the same issue with its original version.
If you click on the overlapping part between row 1 and row 2 icons, though the tooltip shows row 2 item's, the row 1 item is actually selected and used.
It's the same for row 2 and row 3 items.
But at least for me, most times I would click on the center of icons, thus the increased vertical offset significantly reduces this misclick chance.
It hardly hinders my fast-pace experience, while I only need to click a bit lower.
