Normally I don't subscribe to your wallpapers because it's often anime-like stuff or the occasional eye blinky blinky which I find rather boring pretty fast, but this one is good. I like it.
One thing I would improve is the wind mill. Looks like the building has a certain rotation but the wings look like the viewer is standing right in front of the windmill. Looks a bit weird somehow because imo the perspective doesn't fit. Nothing a bit of perspective transform in WPE couldn't fix. ^^
Other than that...really nice work.
