how to
Things you will need:
a working door
a basic understanding of inputs and input channels
a understanding of how proxy sensors work
3 custom input channels
you NEED to know how actuators work

now that you know what you need, lets get started

Step 1:
Bind your door actuator to an unused custom input channel.(we will call this channel 1)

Step 2:
Put a button on your door and bind it to a DIFFERENT input channel. (we'll call this one channel 2)

Step 3:
(this is where stuff gets complicated)
Place a 1x 1x 1s round scalable (1s Zylinder).

Step 4:
Above the 1s Zylinder, place a 1x 1x 1s actuator and bind it to custom input: channel two.

Step 5:
Above the actuator, place a brick of any kind (for as long as it's two bricks wide) on the actuator.

(image is for the last two steps)

(It is important to note that the actuator (step 4) is supposed to be set to 90 degrees and at speed 10)

Step 6:
Place a 4x 1x 1s actuator on the ground next to the actuator, and bind it to custom input: channel 3.(make sure that the actuator will move away from the other actuator, set to the max amount of distance, and is at speed 10)

Step 7:
Put a sensor next to the 1x 1x 1s actuator and on top of the 4x 1x 1s actuator and bind it to custom input: channel 1.

At the end, the actuator sensor abomination that I helped you make should look like this.
