1969-1984 KAZ B31-120-L Tanker

The KAZ B lineup of trucks, usually called the Bull, is a heavy truck series targeted at cheaper markets with rugged requirements. The first two digits indicate the number of axles and the number of driven axles, followed the by the engine's horsepower.
This particular truck is an extended 6x2 with a tanker/cistern upfit, common in countries that were under Soviet control.
