Trust factor is more important that your skill regarding ranking up.
MM is not only looking for players with similar skill,
but what's more important for win - MM is looking for Trust Factor.

Players with high Trust Factor more often give info,
play together as a team, drop rach other etc.,
do not go AFK or leave a match.

How to do it?
- write guids like this
- like posts, friends activity, guides like this
- do over watch cases
- add phone number to steam account
- frequently add new friends
- level up your steam account
