This is like a re-uploaded, due to original creator of the add-on has not came back to renew the addon because of The Last Stand update.


=Replace Smoker as Dark Star Thresh
=Replace Voice as Thresh Quotes
=Replace Tongue as Chains (Glows in Dark)


This updated version is available on both l4d1 and l4d2 maps.(Last Stand Compatible)

This model is from the game "League of Legends".

the skin looks great, whenever he appears, there is a demon sound, that's cool. But during the horde or alarm, you can't hear nothing from him to aware. And the original smoker always coughs really loud, when he's about to ''hook'' you, he's groaning and much like screaming, so you can raise your defense right at the moment. But this one. if I saw him first, I might dodge, even when I heard him whispering, I still couldn't realize when he was about to get me
