This map is a edit and combine of these maps for my Nexus Gmod Server Project;

rp_city8_v4 from Vanguard (Better Outland and better optimized Map to original)

rp_city8_v4 from Gary (More brighter and less deppressive Map)

+Added new balconies.
+Fixed entering into the street ornamental fountain.
+Builded hospital. And have a toilet (actually working).
-Removed buggy song buttons on the discos. You can use 3D Radio addon for songs, it's perfecto.
+Added slowly opening outland door.
+Improved ventilation holes. You can get into and walk with crouch now!
+Added mini-disco for Combines. And vip rooms.
+Spreaded more trash props and decals on street...
+Updated laboratory zone.
+Fixed some little issues.
+Updated lights somewhere.
+Changed skybox.

Yes, of course. You're free to edit and use. But map have many Turkish voiceovers.. You can remove, it's very basic..
