You need to finish a hidden object scene without a signle missclick. This might be the hardest achievement if you don't want to replay the game. First HO scene is at 3:27- on the video, but required items for HO scenes not randomized on this game, so here is also a screenshot about the first one in the game:
Explanation:

Red circle: you can click on those items to loot them up
Green circle: you need to pick up the item and use it on the cube
Blue circle: morphing item, be careful when you click on it!, sometimes the required item is there, some other time a placeholder item is visible, just like on the picture right now
Orange mark: required item hidden behind some other item and need to click the item first to move it away.

Dont spam your mouseclick, wait for the animations.
