TRAYCLE Market&Coffee

Description
TRAYCLE Market&Coffee is located in Tateyama City, Chiba Prefecture.
This building, a nationally registered tangible cultural property,
is a relocated Kamogawa branch of the Furukawa Bank from the early Taisho era and is used as a cafe and general store.
I think the stylish 100-year-old exterior will look great when placed along the coast.
Signs are also included in the package.
Growable commercial low 1×2.

Adding this to my American Frontier Style and Collection. I know it is Japanese, but it fits!

This asset was created based on a real cafe in Japan.
It is open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., so the lights are not turned on at night.
The window lighting is also kept to a minimum as well.

Great work on this asset. Nicely done. One thing I noticed, though, is that, in the third screenshot, the lamp fixture above the doors does not seem to cast light on the facade below it. Moreover, the windows on this building appeared to be not well-lit inside compared to the building behind it.

It could be timing, though, assuming it is either dusk or dawn in that screenshot when light goes off or have not yet turned on. It is not a big deal as they are just small things I noticed. :) Not a game-breaker.

That being said, great job nevertheless on this asset. Keep it up!
