Description
This is the map where most of the spastic action of "Scout's Sugar Rush" takes place, now made available by request. Note that it was made solely for movie making: it's not very big, and likely won't have much use outside of video/scene building. It has been slightly edited to make it behave properly in Gmod.

1.1 introduces a night version of the map, with appropriate lighting.

You MUST have Team Fortress 2 installed, up to date and mounted to Garry's Mod for this map to work.

Features:

-Points of interest include a small park (with a plinth to put your own sculpture/statue on) and a small bar
-Most detail props have been removed so you can make your own sets more easily
-Immersive 3D skybox
-Doors can be opened and closed at will - just press E while looking at one
-High-resolution cubemaps to make the glass reflections pretty
-Toggleable skybox smoke particles: toggle them by typing "ent_fire particle_chimneysmoke stop" and "ent_fire particle_chimneysmoke start" into the console (without quotes)
-1.3 update adds ground NPC nodes to both maps.

Note that you can see into the 3D skybox from certain points (street ends). If that becomes a problem, I recommend you block the view with something - large vehicles, barricades and such will fit the scene nicely.

Feel free to use this in your own videos and such, including monetized ones (does NOT apply to stuff hidden behind a paywall, as per Valve policy). However, I'd appreciate it if you mentioned the map name in the credits and/or provided a link to this page.

And...that's about it, I guess. Report any bugs you might find.

Sorry for the late reply - Steam notified me only now.

Both maps have AI nodes as of the 1.3 update.

some of the windows and roofs are missing textures and i have tf2 mounted on garry's mod

I've updated the add-on in preparation for the release of proper SFM version, which is coming soon (assuming nothing goes sideways). The update includes mostly visual fixes and improvements, which affect both the day and night version of the map. See changelog for details.

my only gripe is that the skybox does not exactly line up with the roads. good map otherwise

Hey, I'm an SFM user. The maps work great. Though .gma files for the correct maps were located under steamapps\workshop\content\4000\. Thought I'd put that out there in case anyone else has the same result as me.

gm_tf2grocery will receive a similar update in the near future.
