Description
A patch for Uchida's mod so you can use nomads cape without cut efficiency
[not maintained anymore, but feel free to reuse/fix it if needed]

Thanks, I sometimes forget that cut efficiency is in the game, and had thought that it was a mod to change some other aspect of the cape.

@Wyrmwood, the mod removes the cut efficiency on clothes. In short cut efficiency transfers cut damage to blunt damage.
