Yup its true, I had some very similar issues. Every time I would get impostor I would just be: SUSUSUSUUSUSUSUSUSUSUSUSUUSUSUSUSUSUSUSUUSSSSSSSSSS, and it was pretty annoying LOL. I would be so excited to become impostor I would just vent in front of people's faces LOL. Well, I learned from that and it helped me a lot! Feeling left out? No worries! Ratting Out Your Team Mate

Okay so seriously STOP RATTING OUT YOUR IMPOSTOR TEAM MATE! Some of you might not be doing it so I don't blame you but for those of you that do it, please STOP! Here are several different reasons: Firstly because you are making it harder to win by ratting out your team mate, some of you want to be impostor alone, if you want to be impostor alone select the one impostor option! The whole reason why the one impostor option is there is so people don't rat out they're impostor team mate! Also it hurts your team mates feelings.
Getting Excited

YES YOU GOT IMPOSTOR, seriously please don't over reac-wow you just vented in front er everyone :l

Yes its exiting but BE CAREFUL! Lets say for instance a meeting starts and somebody thinks its you, as soon as the most excited impostor see's any comment sussing you the answer will probably be very sus and not well thought before hand, this probably happens very often to you, if it doesn't, greetings alien life form LOL. All i'm saying in this one is think before you say anything, be chill.

Okay now lets say the situation differently. Lets say someone see's you vent, kill or whatever and they know your impostor. If they start a meeting the reaction shouldn't ever be "OH I SAW YOU KILL, or, I SAW YOU VENT!!!!" This is SUPER sus. Like I said, your reaction should be chill, there is two options. Either:

1. Pretend you never even saw him, you don't understand what he's talking about.
OR
2. Find it funny, tell him he's a liar or tell him you saw him vent in the most chill way, don't say things loudly.

Also, if your playing with people who don't play Among Us right and sus just everyone I recommend quickly typing whatever you haft to say before the other person that witnessed say what he has to say, most kids who don't play the game right trust whoever speaks first, if that doesn't work do it the other way round next time.

Anyways seriously lets get to the good stuff already!

THIS IS THE GOOD STUFF!

1. Did you know that you can see if the other impostor killed?! Your kill button will flash whenever your impostor team mate killed!
2. If you see someone doing a visual task, that means they are a crewmate for sure. Since other crewmates will also understand this, they will try to stick together. This will make things difficult for you. So, try to get the surefire crewmate alone and eliminate them as soon as possible.
3. Close doors of a certain room only when no one sees you entering it. Once you are inside with one other person, kill them and vent immediately. But remember to not get caught while coming out of the vent as well.
4. Once you come out of a vent after killing, and you are not spotted, walk towards other players. Now when you sabotage, run towards it with them. This will create an alibi for you.
5. Speaking of sabotage, here’s another trick. Use a sabotage to divert the attention of other players but seem panicky yourself too. Sometimes, you can go and fix the sabotage yourself. This will build trust among other players and they might stand up for you in the discussion. If you sabotage and run away from it, that is a clear giveaway, so don’t do that.
